Introduction
NEX-TREN.LLC (hereafter, refer to as "we") defines below our privacy policy regarding the acquisition and any other usage of personal information (information such as one's full name, email address, phone number, and residential address, anything that allows an individual to be identified) and will obey it accordingly.

About obtaining the personal information.
We will obtain personal information through proper means, and never through deception or any other wrongful ways.
Usage of personal information
We will use personal information within a range nessasary to achieve the intentions of the following usage.
We shall obtain one's consensus in advance for usage of personal information in any other ways than what is listed below.
- Usage within services which we provide.
- For employee recruitment.
- For replying to inquiries and contacts through E-mail or telephone.
- Correspondence to the provisions of law or notices by the government authority.
About the safety management of the personal information
We will handle the personal information with finest care, preventing leakage, loss, and damage, and take appropriate measures necessary for the safe management of personal information.
Consignment of the personal information
When consigning the handling of all or part of the personal information to a third party, we will make appropriate research on the party beforehand, and through such means as nondisclosure agreement, obligate the third party to obey the protection of the personal information properly, and when in need, give appropriate supervisions for the safe handling of the consigned management of the personal information.
Providing personal information to third parties
We shall never provide personal information to third parties without one's consensus, unless in cases where requests to provide and disclosure information are made through legal procedures by public agencies such as tax offices, courts, public prosecutor's office.
Exemptions regarding handling of the personal information
Based on the Article 16 Paragraph 3 of the Japanese National Law regarding the protection of personal information, under the circumstances listed below, there may be occations where we do not receive one's consensus.
- In accordance to the provisions of law.
- In necessity for the protection of human lives, or assets, and getting one's consensus is determined to be nearly impossible.
- In necessity for the improvement of public health, or propulsion of children's healthy development, and getting one's consensus is determined to be nearly impossible.
- Needed when cooperating with state authorities, or local municipal entities, or those who are consigned by them, on executions of provisions of law, and getting one's consensus has a possiblity of bringing obstacles to such actions.
About the disclosure and correction of personal information
We, when receiving request to disclose, correct, add, delete, suspend usage, erase, halt the provision to the third party, or notify the purpose of usage, from the one whom the information belongs to, upon confirming his/her identification, sincerely and promptly correspond in accordance to the provisions of the Law on Protection of Personal Information.
Improvements on this policy
We, and this website will continue to improve and modify our privacy policy, in order to manage personal information appropriately.
It may be changed without any advanced notices.
As for the modified policy is concerned, except in cases where we specify separately, it is in effect upon the time of its publication on this site.
