Regardless of any era, whether the company is small or large, and no matter how good or bad the economy is, we at NEX-TREN. consider "thankful feelings" and "efforts to improve" to be the absolutely necessary elements in order for a company to continuously function as a corporate organization ("million years" is a numerical word for describing "eternal" and "forever").

For our customers, and for our employees and amongst employees, we must have the utmost gratitude, because without customers, the company can not continue business, and without employees, the company will not be able to grow.

Also, the more one gives thanks, the more one realizes the joy of being thanked. Indeed, giving and be given, prosperous coexistence, shall it not be the the ultimate goal of the ideal world for all of us, the human beings as a whole?

As for the improvements, the quality of services we give should be continuously improved, and the internal structure of the company should also be optimized more and more, in order for us to be able to continue giving the best services.

Within the thousands of years of human civilization, not once have we come to a point where there no longer was any necessity for improvements, and as long as the civilization continues to evolve, at any point on time, there shall always be rooms for improvements and themes for us to live richer and better lives for all.

"Thankful feelings" and "efforts to improve" are not to be influenced by trend nor fashion, rather, it is the essential "beginner's mind" that one must always keep in mind with, especially when things are moving in the higher tides.

Conversely, when things are not so going well, isn't there something one's not having enough thankfulness for? Isn't there any ways to make improvements somewhere, somehow?

Having such common understandings amongst all parties that are involved, shall lead itself to resolve any problems, or at least, lets us all to stand on a starting point.

Customers call us for help because they want us to help them solve their problems within the company.

They have expectations on us that we provide just-right assistance and good advices as technical professionals to solve their problems.

We must be sure that they don't just want to hear our logical thinkings, nor have us entertain them with artistic performances.

In many cases, customers provide us with lots of materials, such as, reusage of and linkage to the existing systems, what new features are desired, the conditions that should be met, hurdles that needs to be cleared, existing problems, delivery requirements, desired budget, and so on.

To meet all demands is never easy. However, what is important here is how we make ourselves approach closer to the customers' point of view, and not imposing our philosophical justification on them.

Listen carefully to the customers' requests, and consider what are necessary to achieve their desires, what are the problems, what are the alternatives, and have customers also think with us, and together, coming up with the best scenario for the solution which best fit first and foremost our customers, but also all of us that are involved, and act on it. And this actualization task, is what is given to us.

To do our best, we need cooperations from our customers, and above all, we must always keep in mind the "customer based" point of view.

It is no overstatement to say that everything rests on how we solve our customers' problems, and how the customers evaluate the services we provide.
